Langham Hotels to Pay $320,000 to Settle Civil Consumer Protection Lawsuit

Langham Hotels Pacific Corp. will pay $320,000 to settle a civil consumer protection lawsuit alleging price gouging during the January 2025 wildfires. The company cooperated with the investigation and must issue restitution and refunds to eligible guests who stayed at its Pasadena hotel between Jan. 7, 2025, and an unspecified date.
