Langham to Pay $320,000 to the District Attorney’s Office, County Counsel to Settle Price Gouging Lawsuit

Langham Hotels Pacific Corporation agreed to pay $320,000 to settle a consumer protection lawsuit filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and Los Angeles County Counsel’s Office. The lawsuit alleges the company engaged in price gouging during the January 2025 wildfires by overcharging wildfire victims and guests at its Pasadena hotel.
