Judge blasts Trump for using the presidency to ‘manipulate’ courts in IRS case
A federal judge ruled that President Donald Trump acted in bad faith by dropping a tax return lawsuit and directing a $1.776 billion 'anti-weaponization' fund, which she called an attempt to manipulate courts. The settlement, involving Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization, prohibited them from using the agreement in future proceedings and subjected their attorneys to disciplinary review.
