A car is on fire in the Caldecott tunnel in Orinda, causing the left bore to close temporarily in both directions. Oakland Firefighters reported that the vehicle is fully involved in Bore 2, with the westbound SR-24 tunnel open but delays expected. Bore 2 on the eastbound SR-24 remains closed.
