110 Freeway closed in both directions after tunnel fire in San Pedro

A tunnel fire on the 110 Freeway in San Pedro closed lanes in both directions. The fire was reported near Gaffey Street on the northbound side shortly before 9 p.m. Monday night. Officials closed all northbound lanes, with closures still in effect Tuesday morning.
