1st Phase Of $580 Million Woodlawn Central Development Gets Key City Approval
The first phase of the $580 million Woodlawn Central development, led by the Apostolic Church of God and developer J. Byron Brazier, received approval from Chicago’s Plan Commission. The project includes a 14-story building with housing, a hotel, retail, and commercial space, pending final City Council approval, with construction planned to begin in 2027 and finish by late 2028.
