How 2 coming Hong Kong policies could promote subsidised flat turnover

Hong Kong’s Housing Authority will introduce two schemes in September to allow subsidised flat owners to lease properties without a premium and encourage elderly owners to swap for smaller or remote flats. The initiatives, approved by the subsidised housing committee, aim to improve the effective use of subsidised homes.
