Most mass shooters show warning signs before attacks, study finds

A study by the Regional Gun Violence Research Consortium found that most mass shooters exhibit warning signs, including communicating violent intentions, experiencing multiple stressors, and planning attacks over extended periods. Nearly 86% of perpetrators disclosed violent thoughts to someone, and firearms were often obtained legally.
