Historic Jefferson Park Firehouse Could Be Turned Into Salon Suite For Local Businesses
A historic Jefferson Park firehouse built in 1906 could be transformed into a mixed-use development featuring a beauty and wellness 'salon suite' with 15 businesses on the first floor and four residential apartments above. Tim and Lidia Pomaville of Ambrosia Homes, Inc. are leading the project, which requires zoning changes and has received positive community feedback, with Lidia Pomaville awarded a $250,000 city grant to support the initiative.
