‘It was Vic in the orange Buick’: Pompano Beach Citgo shooting leads cops to ‘well-known’ felon
Broward County deputies arrested Victor Boyd after a shooting at a Pompano Beach Citgo gas station. The victim, a 45-year-old man, was shot in the ear and shoulder, and Boyd was identified by witnesses as 'Vic' in an orange Buick. Surveillance footage and a helicopter unit led to Boyd's arrest within 20 minutes, during which he discarded an object believed to be a gun into a canal.
