Convicted felon charged with attempted murder in Pompano Beach shooting, BSO says

A convicted felon was charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon after a shooting in Pompano Beach. The suspect, Victor Steven Boyd Jr., was arrested in Margate following a traffic stop.
