Popular ‘sustainable’ fashion brand acquired by fast-fashion giant Shein

Sustainable fashion brand Everlane has been acquired by Shein, a major fast-fashion company. The San Francisco-based company, which marketed itself as an ethical alternative to fast fashion, confirmed the acquisition through a letter to employees obtained by the Associated Press.
