Federal court blocks Trump HHS teen pregnancy program changes

A federal judge issued an order blocking the Trump administration's U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) department from implementing sweeping changes to the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program while litigation proceeds. The ruling came after HHS had canceled 53 of 67 existing grants under the program.
