Judge blocks Tohono O'odham border wall challenge

Federal Judge Richard Leon refused to grant the Tohono O'odham Nation's request to block the Trump administration from constructing a 62-mile international border wall on part of the tribe's Arizona reservation. Leon ruled that the tribe failed to demonstrate sufficient harm and that government interests outweigh the tribe's objections.
