Judge refuses to block Trump administration from building border wall along tribe’s reservation

A federal judge refused to block the Trump administration from building a 62-mile border wall along part of the Tohono O’odham Nation’s reservation. Judge Richard Leon ruled that the tribe had not established that the construction would change boundaries without congressional authority or illegally trespass.
