Children's deaths in vehicle heat incidents Tennessee

Two separate incidents in Tennessee resulted in the deaths of young children in vehicles under hot conditions: a 3-year-old boy in Pegram who wandered into a broken-down van while family members were inside, and a 6-year-old girl left unattended in a daycare van in Cordova.
