6-year-old girl dies after being left in hot daycare van, says family
A six-year-old girl named Winter Jones died on Thursday after being left unattended in a daycare van during high heat in Cordova, Tennessee. Memphis Police Department officers responded to an ambulance call and found the child, who was non-verbally autistic and unable to alert anyone she was still inside the vehicle. Authorities are investigating the incident, and Kid University's website has been suspended.
