DOJ dismisses January 6 Oath Keepers prosecutions
The Department of Justice has obtained court approval to dismiss prosecutions against members of the Oath Keepers militia, including founder Stewart Rhodes, who were convicted in connection with the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack. The Trump administration has also appointed at least one January 6 riot participant to a position within the Pentagon's policy office.
