Judge grants DoJ bid to dismiss January 6 cases against rightwing Oath Keepers

A US judge granted the justice department’s request to dismiss cases against members of the rightwing Oath Keepers militia involved in the January 6 2021 Capitol attack. The ruling vacates convictions of Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and others for seditious conspiracy related to efforts to block the 2020 election power transfer.
