Juvenile arrests in violent homicide cases
Two separate incidents involving teenage suspects charged with fatal attacks on victims. The first case involves a 13-year-old charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of 14-year-old Makayla Pennywell in Shreveport, Louisiana, while the second involves a 15-year-old arrested in East St. Louis for stabbing 78-year-old John Wesley Allen Sr. to death while wearing a clown costume.
