13-year-old charged with murder of 14-year-old girl, police say

A 13-year-old boy was charged with second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 14-year-old Makayla Pennywell in Shreveport, Louisiana. Police found Makayla with a fatal gunshot wound to her head at a home Sunday afternoon, and three people were taken in for questioning. The suspect and victim were not related.
