TERRORISTIC THREATS

Sean Keenan, a 40-year-old Havertown man, was charged with disorderly conduct, ethnic intimidation, harassment, and terroristic threats after allegedly leaving threatening voicemails for Delaware County Sheriff Siddiq Kamara. The voicemails included racist and violent language targeting Kamara, who is Muslim, with phrases like 'death to Islam' and threats of physical harm.

Two young children were found living in dangerously unsanitary conditions at a home in Northeast Philadelphia. Federal authorities executed a search warrant related to alleged terroristic threats against the White House at the 7100 block of Whitaker Avenue.
