State police admit breakdown in notifying Pa. lawmakers of Lebanon man’s threats

Pennsylvania State Police admitted a failure to notify lawmakers about threats from a Lebanon County man who posted plans to shoot them. The agency is implementing changes, including a new Political Violence Threat Unit, to address communication gaps in future cases. Adam George Berryhill was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats.
