Sandro Ricardo Britz, a 55-year-old experienced surfer from Brazil, died after being rescued from Ocean Beach in San Francisco. A 68-year-old landlord in San Francisco was charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing his 58-year-old tenant during a confrontation outside the victim's home. The suspect, Philippe Chagniot, is accused of disguising himself, starting a fire, and using a silenced firearm in the attack.
