Hawaii's Democratic lieutenant governor Sylvia Luke was indicted on charges of criminal conspiracy to commit bribery, bribery, and falsifying candidate committee reports, allegedly accepting a $35,000 bribe from businessman Tobi Solidum in 2022 related to a COVID-19 testing contract.
