    Judge blocks Pinal County Attorney’s rogue ICE deal, says he exceeded his authority

    A Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled that Pinal County Attorney Brad Miller exceeded his authority by unilaterally entering a 287(g) task force agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
