Brazilian police are investigating eight suspects accused of planning attacks on government buildings in Brasilia during October's presidential election via Telegram. The suspects, aged 19 to 31, allegedly shared building plans, bomb-making manuals, and tactical training details, targeting the presidential palace, Congress, and Supreme Court. Authorities are examining whether Telegram failed to prevent the spread of criminal content under a new platform liability law.
