Operators from Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) struck a Russian Pantsir-S1 air defense system in the Kherson region, alongside a Project 1100M Sargan boat in Kerch and a Forpost drone control station in Yevpatoria on the night of July 30. The HUR estimated the Pantsir-S1 at $15 million and the Sargan boat at $6 million.
