Hennepin County prosecutors charged ICE agent Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr. with two counts of second-degree aggravated assault after he allegedly pointed his gun at occupants of a vehicle on a Minneapolis highway in February 2026. County Attorney Mary Moriarty called it the first criminal case against a federal immigration officer under the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement crackdown.
