ICE agent accused of shooting man in north Minneapolis arrested in Texas

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is accused of shooting a man in the leg in north Minneapolis and lying about the attack. The agent was arrested in Texas Friday morning by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office.
