Zelensky claimed Ukrainian long-range strikes destroyed over 60,000 tons of ammunition at a Baltic Fleet arsenal near St. Petersburg, based on a report from the HUR chief. Ukraine also targeted Russian electronics and defense production facilities and obtained documents revealing Russia's redeployment of air defenses to protect Moscow and the Kerch Bridge.

HUR spokesperson stated that Russia has replaced Wagner with the Defense Ministry-backed Africa Corps and continues to exert political influence in Africa. Russian intelligence is using disinformation and AI-generated content to destabilize at least 22 African countries.
