CrowdStrike, with assistance from Google and Shadowserver, dismantled the Glassworm botnet, which had infected hundreds of open-source software packages since 2025. The operation disrupted four attacker-controlled servers and infrastructure layers, including Solana blockchain, BitTorrent, and Google Calendar, to halt malware distribution and credential theft.

Google is rolling out redesigned Workspace app icons with a gradient look, replacing the old flat tone design. The new icons have a lighter to darker shade effect and some have switched from rainbow designs to single colors. This change is similar to the Google logo redesign from last year.

Skylight’s 15-inch smart calendar, the Calendar 2, is currently discounted to $259.99 (its lowest price) through May 7th. It syncs with multiple calendars (Google, Apple, Outlook, etc.), offers shared task management, weather forecasts, and a subscription plan for advanced features like meal planning and chore tracking.
