One man has died after being caught in flash floodwaters in Beulah, following a Flash Flood Emergency issued on Sunday afternoon. The National Weather Service reported that the area received between one and 1 1/2 inches of rain over an hour and a half. Rescuers located the victim two miles downstream from where he was near the intersection of Highway 78 and Central Avenue.

A man died after his kayak flipped into Eleven Mile Reservoir at a Park County reservoir amid high winds.
