Man dies after kayak flips on Eleven Mile Reservoir amid high winds
A man died after his kayak flipped into Eleven Mile Reservoir at a Park County reservoir amid high winds. First responders pulled him from the water, where he received CPR for over an hour but was pronounced dead shortly after 4:30 p.m. Officials stated that although the victim wore a life jacket, it did not fit properly and covered his face.
