Scammers in Canada, operating under the name Saving Plan Scammers, claim to pay bills like Hydro, Insurance, and phone bills (via Rogers, Fido, etc.) in exchange for 60% of the bill amount. They use unclaimed vouchers to process initial payments, which appear legitimate but later fail, resulting in fines. The scammers falsely claim an office in Vancouver and are exposed through delayed payment failures.
