Travion R. Taylor, 27, was killed in a shooting at an Amazon facility in Melrose Park after a personal dispute turned violent. The suspect remains at large, and Amazon has added security to the location. No other injuries were reported.

Two individuals, 23-year-old Sincere Aaron and 18-year-old Bishop Jenkins, were shot and killed in Bellwood. Authorities ruled their deaths as homicides caused by multiple gunshot wounds. The West Suburban Major Crimes Task Force is assisting with the investigation.

Calvin L. Holley, a 52-year-old Illinois Tollway maintenance worker, was struck and killed during pothole repairs on I-294 in Des Plaines. A man killed in an FBI shootout in Chicago's Homan Square was identified as the leader of a bank robbery crew linked to multiple BMO Harris Bank heists. Abdulhafedh Abdulhafedh, 25, was a suspect in a robbery on April 21 and had an active parole warrant at the time of the incident.

A 32-year-old man named Matthew Mccullough died after being pulled from Lake Michigan near Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood on Thursday afternoon. He was found unresponsive around 3 p.m. and pronounced dead at a local hospital. A death investigation is ongoing.
