Authorities ID Illinois Tollway worker hit, killed during pothole repairs on I-294

Calvin L. Holley, a 52-year-old Illinois Tollway maintenance worker, was struck and killed during pothole repairs on I-294 in Des Plaines. Two other workers were injured, and southbound lanes were closed until 11:30 a.m. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker and the Tollway emphasized the importance of the Move Over Law to protect road workers.
