Active court order still blocking Trump effort to restrict vote-by-mail

Although the U.S. Supreme Court issued a procedural victory regarding an executive order curbing mail-in voting for Donald Trump, a separate legal battle remains active in Massachusetts. U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani ruled that a final rule published by the U.S. Postal Service violates her existing block on implementing the executive order.
