Topa Financial Center still without power, set to fully reopen in September
The Topa Financial Center is currently without power following a basement chiller leak and is not expected to fully reopen until September. Although basic electricity has returned to the facility in Downtown Honolulu, various tenants are scheduled for full reopening through late August and into September.
