Hawaiian Electric estimates power restored by Friday to 95% of customers impacted during storm

Hawaiian Electric is continuing restorative efforts following Hurricane Lala with assistance from the mainland. The company estimates that 95% of customers who were left without power due to the storm are expected to have electricity restored by Friday.
