Former L.A. resident, international fugitive charged in child sex abuse case

An international fugitive wanted in connection with alleged child sexual abuse has been extradited to Los Angeles after being captured in Colombia. According to a federal criminal complaint, the case dates back to 2020 when Ivan Lozano Hernandez began communicating with a 14-year-old girl.
