Amber alert suspect charged with murder and child abuse

A Los Angeles man, Ruben Fregosojuarez, has been charged with murder and child abuse after allegedly killing his 36-year-old girlfriend and fleeing to Mexico with their 5-year-old daughter. Surveillance footage captured him in San Ysidro holding the child, and his vehicle was found at the border. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
