Serial theft suspects arrested for targeting Ventura County retail stores

Two serial theft suspects were arrested in Ventura County after deputies reportedly found drugs and more than $1,500 worth of stolen retail merchandise in their vehicle. The suspects have been identified as John Sobodash and Helen Sobodash, who are Los Angeles residents.
