Tropical Storm Julio forms in the Pacific and isn’t threatening land

Tropical Storm Julio formed in the Pacific Ocean but is not threatening land, and was forecast to be absorbed by Tropical Storm Iselle. Both storms are located off the Baja California peninsula of Mexico, and there are no coastal warnings in effect for either storm. Separately, Tropical Storm Lala continued churning in the Central Pacific without threatening land.
