NTSB investigating crash that killed 2 East TN university cyclists

The NTSB is investigating a crash that killed two Milligan University cyclists and injured seven others. The suspect in the accident, John Benfield, was charged with reckless vehicular homicide after crashing into the group on State Route 37/Highway 19E. Benfield was released from jail after posting a bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 31.
