Adam Murphy leads new Fordham Law clinic fighting for incarcerated people

Adam Murphy has launched a new Federal Habeas Clinic at Fordham Law School to provide free legal representation to incarcerated people. The clinic aims to help those challenging their convictions or sentences on federal constitutional grounds. This work addresses a significant gap in legal representation because individuals pursuing federal habeas relief generally lack the right to appointed counsel.
