Chatfield Farms Solar Garden grows food and clean energy for those in need
At Chatfield Farms' Solar Garden, over 2,200 solar panels generate 1.2 megawatts of clean energy while providing shade for crops through agrivoltaics. All food grown on the three acres is donated to hunger relief organizations across the Denver metro area. Additionally, 80% of the generated energy assists low-income families in Denver through Energy Outreach Colorado.
