2 officers accused of violently assaulting couple during traffic stop fired, arrested

Two Phoenix police officers, Antonio Felix and Luis Vasquez Jr., were fired and arrested for allegedly violently assaulting a couple during a traffic stop on August 5th. The investigation revealed that the officers physically assaulted the man and woman, and a Taser was also used on the victims. Felix and Vasquez face multiple charges including Kidnapping and Aggravated assault.
