SFPD helps make arrest in Redwood City ‘AppleCare’ elderly fraud scam
The Redwood City Police Department announced that the San Francisco Police Department assisted in the arrest of a Fresno man. The suspect was accused of running a fraud scheme by targeting an elderly person and posing as an AppleCare representative to victimize them.
