Bay Harbor Islands officer saves 2-year-old girl from drowning

A Bay Harbor Islands officer, Commander Thomas Rigo, remained patrolling after his shift and heard a mother screaming from the shore. When he saw that 2-year-old Noah had drowned in the pool, Rigo used his CPR training to save her life. He was later honored with a lifesaving award by the grateful family.
